Job Description Details: Job Responsibilities: 1)Shop Management-Administration, Accounts, Records and Filing, In-shop display and Housekeeping. 2)In shop Activity-Footfall creation, Dynamic or Festive ambiance, In-shop sales revenue ( Value and Number), Cross Sales ( Value and Number). 3)Customers Service-Hospitality and Courteous treatment. Complete formalities for data capturing, rapport building with the customers. Understanding the customers needs. Understanding and updating the market trends based on the feedback from the field staff. Job Activities: 1)Act as an advisory for the customers Home planning by bridging the needs- demand supply chain. 2)Active engagement of the customer in the property shop ( 25 minutes to 40 minutes). 3)Feedback from the customer about his walk-in experience. 4)Acknowledgment of the customers needs by SMS or Mail. 5)Follow-up of the leads (pre-sales closing). 6)Forward the leads with the key decision factors to the Business Development Team to source the properties. 7)Update the customer with the Property Search Report. 8)Feedback from the customer ascertained. 9)Co-ordinate with the customer for site visit. 10)Arrange for site visit by the Business development and Marketing. The Site Visit feedback form is to be duly filled and signed by the customer being followed-up. 11)Process repeated till sale closing. 12)Follow-up of the leads (post-sales closing). 13)Collecting the booking amount and application form duly filled and signed. 14)Letter forwarded to the builder with the cheque. 15)Copy of booking amount cheque and letter being acknowledged by the builder is filed. 16)Thank you note and courtesy kit forwarded to the customer. 17)Forward the customers file to the banker for loan processing. 18)Process with the builder for execution of the agreement and payment collection. 19)Intimation to the Centre Manager, the receipt of payment and to raise an invoice. Customer Relationship Building: 1)Collect the Testimonials from the customer with the family photo. 2)Forward the testimonials to the newsletter department. 3)Referrals from customers. 4)Conscious efforts for creating a database of satisfied and loyal customers. Qualification: Minimum Graduate,Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com),Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA),Bachelor of Arts(B.A). Work Experience: 2-3 years work experience in Customer Care service.
