Job Description Details:
The candidate should be a competent professional who has adequate exposure to student-friendly methodologies and an unfailing love for learning. The incumbent should have a proven track record of 8 - 10 years as a Principal or Vice- Principal of an English medium CBSE School; should be in the age group of 40-50 years; have a Masters Degree within a relevant school subject with a BEd / MEd or other recognized teaching qualifications; should have excellent written and verbal skills, and must have a strong administrative track record. The candidate’s ability to motivate the teaching staff is vital. He/She should be cognizant with the requirements of the Directorate of Education, affiliation and staffing.
