Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with the Board to achieve organizational excellence Provide trusted and motivating leadership to the organization and drive operational efficiency Ensure effective and long term growth of Arcil.The Candidate Should have collective experience of over 20 years in the following fields.Stressed Asset Management Business Strategy Banking/Credit Recovery and Restructuring Should have held senior leadership position in Banks / Financial Institutions at the rank of GM / equivalent. In case the candidate is from ARCs he/she should be holding the position of ED or above. Age Not more than 62 years as on January 1, 2012.
