Exp 10 years (Industrial/Automotive background preferred) Responsible for Quality and Process adherence, implementation and development with focus on cost reduction, new part implementation process, monitors and supports site for both internal as well as external audits. Support and maintain a system for recording, evaluating and implementing quality and process measures, monitoring of MIS for audits according to schedule. Guide the team and use KVP tools to analyse customer complaints and work towards reducing/eliminating the complaints.
