Job Description Details:
The candidate should preferably have 10 plus years of experience in real estate projects with thorough understanding of real estate market- nationally and eastern region specifically. A Law Graduate from Premier Law School / University will be preferred. He shall be responsible for Litigation matters and drafting and execution of Sale Agreement. Preparation of Deed of Conveyance / Sale Deed, Tn- Partite Agreements, Joint Development Agreement, MOU etc. Assisting the management on Special Projects and representing the Company on various Court proceedings. He shall be reporting to Chief Executive Officer.
