Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support our company's growth. You will partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, while also taking ownership of new employee induction and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruiting:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to build a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit for the role and company culture.

  • Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.

• Induction & Onboarding:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive new employee onboarding program that fosters a positive first impression and facilitates successful integration into the company.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-boarding paperwork, new hire orientation, and introductions to team members and company culture.

  • Develop and deliver onboarding training materials to ensure new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and the company's expectations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing questions and providing ongoing support.

• Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Employer Branding:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.

  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed.

  • Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.

• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Passion for building a positive candidate and employee experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Manual Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Manual Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through comprehensive manual testing. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to identify issues, report bugs, and ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure that all features meet specified requirements and perform as expected.
• Perform regression testing on software updates to identify any unintended side effects or regression issues.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand product architecture and design in order to develop effective test strategies.
• Participate actively in sprint planning meetings to provide input on test efforts, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Document and prioritize defects found during testing, ensuring clear and concise descriptions along with steps to reproduce.
• Work closely with developers to investigate, troubleshoot, and verify reported defects, ensuring timely resolution.

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Test Engineer or similar role in software quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• ISTQB certification or similar certification in software testing is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
