HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support our company's growth. You will partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, while also taking ownership of new employee induction and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruiting:
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit for the role and company culture.
Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
Induction & Onboarding:
Design and implement a comprehensive new employee onboarding program that fosters a positive first impression and facilitates successful integration into the company.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-boarding paperwork, new hire orientation, and introductions to team members and company culture.
Develop and deliver onboarding training materials to ensure new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and the company's expectations.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing questions and providing ongoing support.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Employer Branding:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
