Business Development Manager The Business Development Manager will play an important role in expanding VertVista's market presence, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a strong focus on exceptional relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities:· Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prominent architects, interior designers, design consultants, landscape consultants, project management consultants, facility management consultants, and other key stakeholders in the industry.· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients, leveraging existing relationships and networking to generate leads and strategically secure key accounts.· Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth. Use insights to develop strategies for market penetration and expansion.· Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Present our company's offerings and capabilities in a compelling manner to establish trust and credibility as an industry expert, and position VertVista as the preferred solution provider.· Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific requirements of target clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.· Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.· Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on sales performance and projections.· Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections, raise brand awareness, and stay abreast of industry developments and opportunities.· Account Management: Keeping in regular touch with existing clients to strengthen relations for long term partnership.
