Amar Pathak is an accomplished Executive Fellow Research Scholar with a wealth of experience spanning over 19 years in learning and professional development, human resource management, and academic administration. He is a Gold Medalist alumnus from XLRI Jamshedpur and has served as a learning consultant and team member across various sectors and industries.
He oversees learning programmes targeted at providing the staff with the necessary skills and abilities for peak performance while holding the position of Head of Learning and Development at Viraj Profiles. He belongs to the International Chamber of Professional Education and Industries as an honorary member and serves on the Human Resources Advisory Board of the International Institutes of Management and Technical Studies in India.
In the course of his distinguished career, Amar has received numerous honours and awards, including the "100 Top Training & Development Minds (India)" award from CHRO Asia and the Global Training & Development Leadership Award in 2016 at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress. ASC, Mumbai, and EI Learning System, USA, both certified him as an ESAP coach. Additionally, he was included in the World HRD Congress's list of the "100 Most Talented Training and Development Leaders in India" three separate times (the 25th, 26th, and 27th World HRD Congresses in Mumbai).
