Job Position: Field Operations ManagerExperience – 3+ years Education – GraduationLocation – Delhi, Mathura, Aligarh, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Gorakhpur, HardoiRole and responsibilities:Oversee a team of technicians and field executives to meet operational goals.Handle operational tasks for ticket closure and monitor driver/partner escalations.Optimise service hub operations through team management and OEM coordination.Create and maintain inventory flow and daily MIS reports for all service hubs.Collaborate across functions to onboard new drivers and partners onto the Battery Smart network.Support team on various aspects such as HR, Operations, Communication, Inventory, etc, while developing cost-effective solutions.Requirement:• 3+ years of experience of relevant work experience and Bachelors in operations or related field.• Preferably from auto, manufacturing, battery/inverter manufacturing companies, e-commerce, or EV Startups.• Readiness to roll up sleeves and perform hands on interventions for ground operations.• Prior experience in team and stakeholder management.• Readiness to work in a highly ambiguous environment and bias for action.• Cross functional coordination and communication.• Data driven decision making, analytical bent of mind.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to perform in VUCA environment.
