Job DescriptionAbout the role:As a Research Intern, you will be responsible for the swift implementation of the STEMI pilot project in the state of Uttar Pradesh for Tricog Health. This role will lead the overall direction of the project implementation, responsible for smooth coordination between the Hub & Spokes, data collection and analysis of the data from the state. The role will proactively foster a long-standing relationship with the State NHM to enhance the project capacity from a pilot to a full-fledged implementation. If you are somebody who has a passion towards the medical tech industry and is looking to make an impact by using your professional expertise, we would like to meet you.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of the STEMI pilot project at the grassroots level.Define the overall strategy and objectives for the smooth coordination between the health facilities to ensure optimal care deliveryTravel across health facilities and coordinate with point people in health facilities to collect data.Collect data and compile the data of key parameters.Perform entry and analysis of relevant clinical data with sanity checks at the source.Prepare daily reports and submit those reports to your line managerSupervise the STEMI referral system daily basis at the health care facility.Support in coordinating with NHM officials to enhance the project capacity from a pilot to a full-fledged implementation.Experience & Skills:A public health graduate or a final year public health student with experience in working in a fast-paced environment.Experience in supervising the day-to-day activity at the medical facility levelUnderstanding of the data, and experience in data collection and analysis.Execution-oriented with a track record of successThis will be a 3-month long internship.Location:Lucknow, Uttar PradeshTravel required:The selected candidate should be willing to travel on a priority basis to the health facilities when required.
