Data Engineer - Talend, ETL Job at Client of Maven Workforce in Budapest, Budapest, Hungary

 About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Engineer to join one of our clients, a leading global Software Giant. You will play a key role in building and maintaining their client Data Platform, supporting critical functions across the organization with timely and accurate insights.

 Your skills and qualifications:

• Experience with the Talend product suite or other similar ETL tools and willing to learn
• Experience with RESTful webservices, or SOAP
• Troubleshooting skill and experience
• Experience with ETL, ESB, MDM, Data Quality and Data Profiling.
• Experience with designing logical and physical data models for relational and hierarchical data structures.

Good to have:

• Advanced ETL and EAI development using Talend Big data platform
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High Volume Data Loads.
• Experience with Cloud platforms and services for AWS, Azure
• Experience with GIT

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring development tasks to support new release of the project/solutions
• Grooming user stories with PO
• Supporting production requests or fixing issues
• Unit testing applications and reporting daily progress
