Job Title : Paralegal Assistant
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Description:
- Possesses adequate knowledge skills and experience to perform the duties of the job.
- Prefer at least 5-7 years of paralegal experience.
- The Litigation Paralegal works with and must establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with a wide variety of individuals.
- Work is performed in an office environment.
- Proficiency with the civil discovery process, including knowledge of the various forms of discovery.
- File/serve documents and pleadings.
- Update the Team’s case management system with information/deadline
