Designation -Design/Sr. Design Engineer (Vehicle Integration)Position Type - FTEQualification: - BE/ B Tech /M Tech (Mechanical Engineering)Primary Skillset: Vehicle Integration (PTC Creo)Relevant Experience: 1 - 5 YearsWork Location - PuneDomain - Commercial Vehicle, DMU, 2D/3D Modeling, Layout Designing"Immediate Joiners Preferred"JOB Description:Carry out 3D modelling, 2D drawings, assembly in PTC Creo.DMU management & integrating automotive systems.Good knowledge of automotive systems.Knowledge of DFMEA & root cause analysis.Conceptualize & workout detail designs.Conduct design reviews & co-ordination with CFT.Vehicle Performance Calculations.Project documentation & preparation for management reviews.Involve in benchmark studies.Prepare vehicle technical specs & offer drawings.Prepare vehicle layouts.Technical documentation preparation and Review.Co-ordination for prototype build and support.Workout value engineering proposals.Interact with suppliers for component development.Prepare project time plans.Exp in Automotive OEM with "SCV/LCV/ICV/HCV/BUSSES".Preferred Skills & KnowledgeProficiency in Pro-e 3D & 2D, JT and Team Centre PLM.Strong knowledge vehicle architecture, modularity.Relevant experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering and powertrain integration.Basic knowledge of manufacturability, serviceability and assembly.
