We have urgent opening for Imports Executive role for our Navi Mumbai location
Experience: 1-4 Years
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handling Import Documentation
· Preparing Checklist with Visual Impex Soft
· Find H.S. codes, Duty structure with tariff book
· Maintaining DSR report.
· Preparation of Quotation, Bill & Sending the same to consignee
· Making Custom Duty & Stamp Duty payment
· Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact to shipping lines and freight forwarders.
· Update Client for shipment status
· Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping line & freight forwarders.
· Good communicate to party with mail and Personal contact
· Resolving customers queries with the help of custom clerk team
