Senior Full stack PHP/ React JS/ MySql Developer Lead ArchitectLocation : Whitefield, BengaluruFull timeJob Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant applications.- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Take responsibility for multiple services maintained by the team.- Build and manage automated build/test/deployment environments.- Improve your code quality, product execution, and learning experience.- Participate in knowledge sharing opportunities to ensure overall growth of the team.- Participate in product scoping, discovery and framing and provide technical input that helps translate user features into system design.- Contribute to the architectural design and decisions of our software solutions, - ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.- Support and mentor other developers on the team.- Collaborate with product and design teams to align on project goals.- Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews.- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions.- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on technical deliverables and challenges.- Collaborate with Product team to prioritize feature development with technical roadmap and technical debt initiatives.- Own feature development from product handoff, through coding, testing, and release.- Write high-quality, secure, maintainable code independently, and make decisions with limited supervision.- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, code documentation, and best practice guides.- Lead code reviews and collaborate with team of engineers to maintain high-quality software in a large-scale application.- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical requirements :- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)- 10+ years of experience in full-stack PHP software development- 5+ years of experience integrating systems using Rest APIs and single sign-on- 2+ years of experience in a technical team leadership position- Hands-on experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, JavaScript- Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience working with mysql databases, data structures, algorithms, and software design- Experience with REST APIs, third-party libraries & full life cycle of web development- Fluent in English to communicate effectively- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 2-4 hour overlap with US time zones- Experience working with Linux (Ubuntu/ Redhat) production environment- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM- Excellent organizational, managerial and communication skills- Should manage own time and work well both independently and as part of a team- Should be a self-starter who is excited to relentlessly solve many technical challengesPreferred skills :- Exposure to managing Cloud infrastructure both on-premises and public/ private cloud- Knowledge of React functional components like Hooks, Redux- Understanding of continuous delivery, defensive programming etc.- Understanding of CRM functions and processes is a plus- Experience working on VTiger is a plus but not a requirement (ref:hirist.com)
