Their team of experts supports clients in programmatic, social, paid search, analytics, technology, organic search, affiliate marketing, e-commerce and across traditional channels.About the Role : Join our globally distributed Business Intelligence team, playing a key role in maintaining a cutting-edge global reporting solution. As a BI Developer, your focus will be on creating and maintaining data models, reporting templates, and supporting users in understanding the performance of their media campaigns. This role is based in our Global Analytics Hub in India, the backbone of our 800+ person analytics practice globally, driving efficiencies and standardization across North America, Europe, and APAC.Responsibilities :- Document user requirements and support their incorporation into a central development backlog for prioritization.- Plan and develop solutions within development sprints for ongoing improvements in the Data Visualization layer.- Work with account leadership to understand and track reporting needs for upcoming campaigns and marketing programs.- Lead the creation and weekly refresh of campaign-specific instances within the reporting solution, coordinating tasks across disciplines and geographies.- Support the team maintaining underlying data infrastructure by troubleshooting data issues and running scheduled tasks.- Ensure users have the necessary skills and knowledge to use the reporting solution, maintaining training materials and a knowledge base.- Act as the first line of support for users, triaging queries, providing hands-on support, and connecting them with other experts when necessary.- Identify opportunities to improve cross-discipline processes and collaborate to implement them.- Work with the data platform engineering team to enhance product :- 1-2 years of experience in a data or technically-oriented marketing role, preferably at a media agency or related company.- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, especially Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, Google Ads), Meta, Snap, etc. Knowledge of their APIs is a plus.- Understanding of how data is tracked and exchanged in digital advertising, including the role of ad servers and other third-party tech vendors.- Knowledge of how media performance should be measured and experience visualizing performance and telling stories with data.- Track record of querying data and developing effective reporting solutions using SQL.- Some experience using or building reports with business intelligence software, ideally Google Data Studio and Looker.- Analytical mindset to understand and overcome technically complex challenges.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong spoken and written communication skills.- Positive attitude, ability to multi-task, and remain calm under pressure.- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.- Collaborative team player.
