CDGL also operates a network of 280+ refreshment kiosks offering affordable food and beverages for on-the-go customers under the Coffee Day Xpress brand name.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive L&D initiatives at the regional level preferably in Food & Beverages organization / Hotel & RestaurantsIdentify and assess future and current training needs through different areas of opportunities in consultation with relevant stakeholdersPartnering with regional teams to drive trainings and track effectivenessDeploy a wide variety of training methodsConduct effective training using different methodologies and digital platformsMonitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on L&D portalDriving L&D training initiatives across assigned cafesManage training programs within approved budgetsMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices in retailCreate and adhere to the training calendars for effectivenessCriteria Any Graduate/Post graduateProven experience as a Trainer of minimum 3-8 yearsKnowledge on effective learning and current development methodsEffective communication & Interpersonal skillsResult OrientedTeam playerStake holder managementLogical and Analytical approachAbility to build rapport with employees
