Mumbai Location: The candidate should be staying between Andheri to Boisar District, Palghar or be ready to relocate. 
Education: Graduate (Full time) with at least 5+ years of Experience. Secretarial course would and Manufacturing background will be an added advantage. 
Skills: Manage high profile meetings of CMD with national and international business associates. The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in English. Draft professional e-mails.  Knowledge of a foreign language is preferred. 
Job Description:
1. Organize, maintain and update CMD's schedules and appointment calendar.
2. Organize and coordinate for high profile meetings, events, conferences, national & international travel.
3. Screen files/documents to ensure clarity before they reach the CMD.
4. Gather and collate data and info from internal and external sources. Flag it for CMD's consideration.
5. Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of CMD.
6. Hands-on experience in MIS reports.
