Corrohealth is hiring HR ExecutivePosition: HR ExecutiveLocation: HyderabadExperience: 1-2 yearsResponsibilities:ü Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees.ü Coordinate and schedule new hire orientations and training sessionsü Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, including offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.ü Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility as per company policies and legal requirements.ü Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.ü Assist with filing and record-keeping tasks related to employee documentation and compliance.ü Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve the onboarding and offboarding experience.ü Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field· 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation· Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
