Evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and other materials, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.4. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.5. Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.7.
