About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products or services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing guidance on how to best utilize our offerings.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
