Our unique selling point lies in our data-driven and AI-based approach, which enables students to achieve their dreams by providing them with the necessary tools and guidance.Role DescriptionDrive sales and meet revenue targets in the competitive exam coaching market.Communicate effectively with higher management and deliver accurate sales reports.Utilize analytical skills and Excel proficiency for data analysis and decision-making.Manage Leadsquared and other sales tools efficiently.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Demonstrate leadership by motivating and guiding the sales team.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs for effective positioning of products and services.Qualifications:Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in the competitive exam coaching or edtech industry. (Minimum 5+ years)Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Experience with Leadsquared or other CRM tools.Team player with a proactive and humble approach.Interpersonal skills to build relationships.Strong leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Day shift
