Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets. Manage complete production independently Team Leadership Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve production goals. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the production department. Process Optimization Collaborate with other stakeholders to optimize scrap metal processing methods. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, waste reduction, and cost savings. Quality Control Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the consistent production of high- quality products. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions. Resource Management Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
