Quotation Specialist - AM Job at CIRCOR International, Inc. in Thane

Position Summary Create quotes for spare pumps and part Principal Activities • Entering requests in CRM for pump and spare parts • review inquiries from a technical and commercial point of view• Check customer quotation request from technical and commercial standpoint, as well as for testing and trade compliance requirements• Prepare offers acc. to pre-delivery. For obsolete or modified products, or in case of different customer requirements, carry out hydraulic selection and select the correct replacement pump. If necessary, consult and clarify with AE to ensure correct selection of pump unit (for example, in case of motor selection). For deviating technical characteristics (when no 1: 1 replacement is possible) clarify the deviation with the customer• Send offer to customers, clarify open points and possible customer queries, create revisions when necessary • Collection of all relevant documents from customer in accordance with company guidelines • Understand the requirement of customer & advise needed parts • Follow up offers in cooperation with Sales Manager• Clarification of delivery times with internal and external interfaces • Prepare quotation in SAP and initiate approval process • Support of order entry in case of deviations, acceptance and delivery instructions • Involve in different process improvement Ideas • Support the global team to improve turn time.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSKnowledge Skills & Abilities • Very good English skills (telephone and email) • Able to read, write, analyse and interpret general business and technical documents in English • Good technical understanding• Proficient in MS Office. • Very good SAP SD knowledge • Experience with integrated CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) • Team-capable, self-motivated, resilient, customer-focusedRequirements Education & Experience • 2 years professional experience as quotation specialist / Aftermarket enginner of industrial goods • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / any Specialization CIRCOR is an EEO Employer of Females / Minorities / Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities
