The Role
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Guidance
- Serve as a strategic partner, acting as a right hand to the CEO.
- Identify blind spots and provide guidance to keep the business on a forward trajectory.
- Take decisive action during creative chaos to maintain momentum and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the CEO and the rest of the team to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
2. Idea Support and Execution
- Support and enhance the CEO’s ideas, taking them to the next level or providing insights on their feasibility.
- Execute and implement ideas, ensuring seamless integration into ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Act as a filter for prioritizing ideas based on current possibilities and business priorities.
3. Project & Team Management
- Oversee and direct various projects, including website building, new offers, email marketing, launches, and customer journey initiatives.
- Manage the daily tasks of VAs and ensure smooth coordination between team members.
- Enable the content creators to focus on their strengths by managing operational aspects and facilitating a conducive working environment.
4. KPIs, Processes, and Procedures
- Establish new and enhance existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for business success.
- Develop and refine processes and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency.
- Implement systems for tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
5. Email Marketing and Content Creation
- Coordinate monthly launches and daily email marketing campaigns.
- Manage the business owner's inbox effectively, ensuring timely responses and organization.
- Utilize Canva for creating visually appealing content and promotional materials
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in virtual assistance, project management, and marketing support.
- Proven track record in online project management and virtual assistant roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and take decisive action.
- Excellent delegation skills and the capability to drive projects forward.
- Grounded, organized, and a team player.
- Inspired action-taker with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
