Job Description:Responsible for leading and managing the content and branding teams overseeing operations for the content and branding teams and ensuring alignment with business strategies for clientsDevelop and implement strategic plans for the content marketing and branding teams aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.Lead and mentor the content and branding teams to achieve high-quality output and exceed client expectations.Direct and guide the branding team with a strong focus on brand strategy which translates into all deliverablesCollaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives and deliver tailored branding solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business needs and expectations.Manage escalations and oversee high-quality delivery of work for clients ensuring timely communication and project updates. Take feedback from clients regarding the quality of work and areas of improvement and ensure client satisfactionMonitor and analyze the performance of content marketing and branding initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Groom & train the team with training to ensure they are equipped to manage the work given to themIdentify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/projects and work with BD to grow the businessIdentify opportunities for mining existing brands and upsell/cross-servicesIdentify and develop PR opportunities that create a favorable image for the team and company at large
