MIS: Finance & Settlement
Settlements Officers ensure that organisations are compliant with business and regulatory policies in the processing and management of settlements. They typically work in financial services and coordinate the completion of documentation and payment to ground people.
Post-Graduate/Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Designing, monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting MIS Data.
Advanced Excel skills include the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data.
Creation of Various Dashboard as required by head of operation.
Assisting with training and onboarding processes.
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
Strong coordination with other stakeholders/vertical heads/departments.
Prepare & Send Daily MIS of all stakeholders/management.
Ground payments and transactions processing, reconciliation, and general ledgers.
Settlements for various schemes launched by company.
Timely reconciliation of accounts and general ledgers.
Retrieval and fulfilment of statements requests.
Experience in Finance/Account must be an added advantage.
