Operations Manager Job at S D Fine-Chem Limited SDFCL in India

To better meet the requirement of International customers, we require Operations Manager at Tarapur factory.
Eligibility: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in chemical with MBA (Operations Management) with 15 yrs. industrial experience in manufacturing company at senior level.
❖ Participation in strategic management of the company.
❖ Handling factory related matters
❖ Streamlining and Review of procedures/systems of departments at factory.
❖ Full knowledge and experience of SAP,ISO 9001, 14000, 22000 etc.
❖ Knowledge of all factory related licenses, including poison license, PCB consent, etc.
❖ All department reports/statistics.
❖ MIS reports to top Management.
❖ Overall control on Production, Quality planning and stock reconciliation.
❖ Monitoring and execution of orders and production.
❖ Cost cutting and improvement of productivity.
❖ Overseeing planning and execution of new technology and project related work for expansion and improvement.
❖ Visiting customers for business development and negotiating terms and conditions.
❖ Person having international exposure will be preferred.
