Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's sales objectives.

2.    Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximize their performance.

3.    Sales Target Setting: Set ambitious but achievable sales targets for the team and monitor their progress regularly.

4.    Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.

5.    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.

6.    Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve sales goals.

7.    Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of the sales team regularly, providing feedback and implementing necessary training and development programs.

8.    Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving overall company goals.

9.    Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Job Requirements:

1.    Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering

2.    Experience: Several years of progressive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3.    Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve their goals.

4.    Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex sales data and market trends.

5.    Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

6.    Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.

7.    Result-Driven: A strong focus on achieving results and driving the sales team towards excellence and continuous improvement.
