You will act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have. Your role is crucial in building strong relationships, promoting customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall experience throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Support and Assistance:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, in-person) and provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing, availability, and relevant processes.Guide customers through the buying, selling, or renting process, providing detailed explanations of documentation requirements, legal procedures, and financial considerations.2. Conflict Resolution:Handle customer complaints, disputes, or conflicts professionally and empathetically, aiming to find mutually satisfactory resolutions.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or management, following established procedures.Qualifications and Skills:Graduate or Post Graduate (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years of experience.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.Proficiency in using CRM software’s, MS Office, databases, and other relevant tools.Good knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and legal procedures.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts with tact and professionalism.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Top to bottom management of the brands social media platforms, including writing captions, creating social media friendly content, and growing the brand’s presence across multiple platforms
- Managing and growing the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn) by creating and sharing engaging content
- Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies
- Keeping up with trends and making sure that the brand is actively picking up on them
- Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Staying up to date with best practices in social media marketing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Influencer collaborations and activations along with the Marketing Associate
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience (Min 2 year) as a social media manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the audience and handle customer inquiries or issues effectively.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and a basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
