The Role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students to the college, focusing on both domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, education agents, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the college and its programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns aimed at student recruitment.
- Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events to represent the college and identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, including application assistance, visa procedures, and pre-arrival preparations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the college.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment activities, outcomes, and future strategies.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager within Professional Services industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
