Job Description and Duties :- Work towards maximizing bank's customer conversions and engagement through analysis of marketing campaigns and improve future Marketing Communications.- Analysis of marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and traffic. - Track campaign metrics to Optimize ROI. - Work closely with business and campaign management team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.- Using statistical tools to identify analyze and interpret patterns and trends for diagnosis and prediction.- Preparing data driven Insights and Analysis for leadership meetings- Coordinating with Data Engineering, Campaign management, and MarTech teams to ensure detailed analysis of Marketing performance.- Setup process efficiencies in data analysis from automations to presentationsQualifications & Skills Required :- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Quantitative fields- 3+ year work experience as Data Analyst. - Banking domain knowledge is desirable.- Experience in Marketing/Campaign Analytics desirable- Hands on experience of SQL, Python/SAS/R, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of visualization tools is a plus- Hands on knowledge of Statistical/ML methods of Regression, Segmentation, Decision Trees Methodical and logical approach to problem solving- Strong Communication skills and Stakeholder Management (ref:hirist.com)
