Role Overview: As an integral part of our Sales team, the Assistant Manager Business Development will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and supporting the sales process. Roles & Responsibilities/we are looking for someone who can:? 5+ years of experience in Inside sales/ SDR/Sales.? Achieve monthly targets of meetings & sales qualified leads (SQLs) and help build the pipeline for sales teams.? Take ownership of prospecting, sales qualification, and initial customer calls. ? Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM (Zoho).? Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.? Moves qualified leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls, as required.? Create, maintain, and update a database of potential customers (leads) through market research, website, inquiries, etc.? Have experience with CRM tools like salesforce, zoho to manage reporting.? Experience with data intelligence and prospecting tools like Apollo, LSN, etc.? Guide team members to enhance their skills and performance through consistent coaching and feedback. Equip them with the training to recognize, engage, and develop qualified leads. Requirements and skills/You have/are: ? Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.? Prior experience in a sales development or lead generation role.? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.? Strong organizational and time management skills.? Organized and data-driven, measuring every step of the sales process and figuring out ways to scale it to the next level.?
